The short version

  • Subber is free for workers. We never charge you a fee for finding you work.
  • Companies book you and pay you directly, including any extras such as travel or nights away. Each job says when the company will pay you. At the moment, Subber doesn't handle your pay.
  • You're self-employed. You can turn down any job and work for anyone.
  • You must be 18 or over and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Applying for a posted job is a firm offer. If the company picks you, you're booked. Less than 24 hours before the start, you get an offer to confirm instead.
  • Addresses and phone numbers are only shared once a job is agreed.
  • You or the company can cancel an agreed job in the app up to its start time. If the company cancels less than 12 hours before the start, or on the day itself, it owes you part of your day rate.
  • Your rating, cancellation rate and attendance show on your profile.
  • If you join through a company's crew link, that company can book you in straight away. You can still pull out under the usual rules, and make your own account to work for other companies. If you're booked in without being asked, pulling out within 2 hours doesn't count against you.

This summary doesn't replace the full terms below.

1 Who we are

1.1

Subber is run by Subber Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

1.2

Company number: to follow. Registered office: to follow.

1.3

Subber is an employment agency. We introduce self-employed drivers, porters and other removals workers to removal companies for temporary day work.

1.4

"We", "us" and "Subber" mean Subber Ltd. "You" means you, the driver, porter or other removals worker. "Company" means a removal business that uses Subber to find workers.

1.5

Contact us through Contact Subber in the app, or email hello@subber.co.uk.

1.6

These terms apply from 2 November 2026.

2 What Subber does, and what it doesn't

2.1

Subber helps you find day work with removal companies. We:

  • show your profile to companies
  • pass you booking requests from companies
  • show you jobs companies have posted, so you can apply
  • tell you about new jobs you could do
  • share the job address and both sides' phone numbers once a job is agreed
  • keep a record of your jobs, reviews and attendance
  • offer an optional right to work check (section 8)
2.2

We don't act for you or sign anything on your behalf.

2.3

At the moment, we don't receive or hold money for you. If we offer payment through Subber later, we'll change these terms first (section 25).

2.4

Each job is an agreement between you and the company. Subber isn't part of it.

2.5

We don't promise you any work or any level of earnings.

2.6

Before a company can see or book any workers, we check it's a genuine removal business and approve it. A company must give us its billing details before it can book you, but we don't check them. Read their reviews and use your own judgement.

3 Subber is free for workers

3.1

We never charge you a fee for finding you work. The law doesn't allow it, and we never will.

3.2

There are no sign-up fees, subscriptions, paid listings or paid "boosts" for workers.

3.3

You never have to buy anything, or use any other service, to use Subber.

3.4

Companies pay Subber a separate fee on top of your day rate. It must never come out of your pay.

3.5

Tell us if a company takes anything off your pay for Subber's fee.

3.6

If anyone asks you for money to use Subber, don't pay. Tell us straight away.

4 You're self-employed

4.1

You use Subber as a self-employed person, or through your own company.

4.2

Subber is not your employer and doesn't pay you.

4.3

You're free to:

  • accept or turn down any request or job, without giving a reason
  • set your own day rate for direct requests
  • choose which days you work
  • work for any company, on Subber or off it, including companies you meet through Subber
4.4

You never have to tell us about work you find elsewhere.

4.5

You must tell HMRC about your earnings and pay your own tax and National Insurance.

4.6

Your employment status on each job depends on how you and the company actually work together. Subber doesn't decide it.

4.7

If you work through your own limited company, the IR35 rules may apply.

4.8

We don't give tax or employment advice. Speak to an accountant or HMRC if you're unsure.

4.9

If you're in a company's own crew (section 6), that company can book you in without asking you first (section 9). You can still pull out under the usual cancelling rules (section 12). To get work from other companies through Subber, make your own account (section 6).

5 Who can use Subber

5.1

To use Subber, you must:

  • be 18 or over
  • have the right to work in the UK, and keep it while you use Subber
  • be self-employed, or work through your own company
  • give us true and accurate information
5.2

You can only have one account, in your own name.

5.3

You must do every job yourself. Don't send anyone else in your place.

5.4

A company may ask to see photo ID on the day, to check it's you.

6 Your account

6.1

You sign up with your email address and mobile number. We email you a link to confirm your email address.

6.2

Keep your mobile number up to date: the companies that hire you get it.

6.3

Keep your password private. Don't let anyone else use your account.

6.4

Keep your details up to date:

  • change your profile and mobile number in Profile, then Details
  • change your email address and password in Account settings
6.5

To change your email, you'll need your password. We send a link to the new address. The change only happens if you click it within 24 hours.

6.6

We also tell your old address about the change, in case it wasn't you.

6.7

To change your password, you'll need your current one. You're then signed out on your other devices.

6.8

If you reset a forgotten password, you're signed out on every device. Changing or resetting your password also cancels any email change that's still waiting.

6.9

If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and contact us straight away.

6.10

You can sign out of all your other devices at any time in Account settings. You stay signed in on a device for up to 90 days after you last used Subber, so sign out on any phone other people use.

6.11

If you sign up through a company's crew link, your account is part of that company's own crew. You only see that company's job posts, job alerts and requests. No other company can find you in search, see your profile or photo, add you to favourites or send you a request. If that company closes its Subber account, your crew account stays hidden from other companies but gets no more work. To work for other companies, make your own account from its Home.

6.12

To get work from other companies too, make your own account from your crew account's Home (Get work from other companies too). It needs a different email address. It starts with a copy of your profile: your name, roles, licence, years in removals, day rate, postcode, travel distance, usual week, bio, skills, mileage and night-out rates, overnight preference and job alert setting. It has the same mobile number. Text alerts start off. A right-to-work check passed on your crew account counts for your own account too. You can only make one own account from a crew account.

6.13

We keep a private link between your two accounts, because they're the same person. You're never booked on the same day on both. When one account is booked, any requests and applications for those days on the other are closed. We may also link two accounts that we find belong to you. A right-to-work check passed on one account counts for both. Companies never see the link, and we don't tell the company whose crew you're in about your own account. But like any other account, it can come up in that company's search.

7 Your profile

What companies see

7.1

Any company we've approved can see your profile, unless you've blocked it or you're in another company's own crew (section 6). We check companies are genuine removal businesses before we approve them. Companies see:

  • your full name, and your photo if you add one
  • the roles you've ticked, your licence and years in removals
  • your day rate and travel distance, and your mileage rate, night-out rate and overnight preference if you add them
  • your postcode area, such as PO10, never your full postcode
  • your bio and skills
  • your rating, reviews, completed jobs, cancellation rate and attendance
  • whether you have a "Right to work checked" badge
  • the names and expiry dates of your certificates
  • whether you're free or not free over the next 56 days
7.2

Companies never see your email address, full postcode, documents or certificate files. They only see your phone number once a job is agreed.

7.3

Anyone signed in to Subber can see your photo, except companies we haven't approved yet. If you're in a company's own crew, no other company can see it.

Keeping it accurate

7.4

Everything on your profile must be true and up to date. Only tick roles and skills you're able and qualified to do.

7.5

Choose the licence category you actually hold. Only apply for or accept driving jobs your licence covers.

7.6

If your licence changes, or is suspended or taken away, update your profile straight away.

7.7

If the law needs you to hold a Driver CPC, a tachograph card or another qualification for a job, you must hold it.

7.8

Every company on Subber can read your bio. Don't put your phone number, email or home address in it.

Certificates

7.9

Only upload certificates that are genuine, current and yours.

7.10

Subber doesn't check certificates. Companies see the name and expiry date only.

7.11

We'll remind you 30 days before a certificate expires.

7.12

We may remove a certificate that looks wrong. We'll tell you if we do.

Photos

7.13

A photo is optional. If you add one, it must be a clear, recent photo of just you. No logos, adverts, contact details or anything offensive.

7.14

Your photo goes live straight away. We remove location data from it.

7.15

We may remove a photo that breaks these rules. We'll tell you if we do.

Your calendar, pausing and blocking

7.16

You can set your usual week: the days you normally work, such as Monday to Friday. Other days then count as not free, unless you switch one on as a one-off.

7.17

You can also mark days off, one at a time or a run of days in one go. Companies see that you've marked the day off, never the reason.

7.18

Companies can't send you a request, or pick you from a job post, for a day that's not free.

7.19

You can pause your profile, for example while you're on holiday or ill. Pick a reason, and add a note and a "back on" date if you like.

7.20

Only Subber sees your reason and note. Companies just see that you're not taking bookings at the moment, and your back-on date if you gave one.

7.21

While you're paused, you don't show in search and we don't tell you about new jobs. Companies can't send you new requests or hire you, and you can't apply for jobs. Jobs you've already agreed still go ahead.

7.22

A company that has added you to its favourites can still see you in its favourites list.

7.23

Your profile switches back on by itself on your back-on date. You can switch it back on sooner at any time.

7.24

You can block a company. It then can't find you, see your profile or book you, and you won't see its job posts. Jobs you've already agreed still go ahead.

7.25

Blocking also ends anything still waiting between you. Its requests to you are declined, and your applications to its posts are withdrawn.

7.26

A company can block you in the same way. Nobody is told they've been blocked. You can see and undo your own blocks in Account settings.

8 Right to work

8.1

You must have the right to work in the UK for every job you do through Subber.

8.2

Getting your right to work checked by Subber is optional.

8.3

To get checked, give us either:

  • a GOV.UK share code and your date of birth, or
  • a photo or scan of your right to work document
8.4

One of our team looks at each one. We check share codes using the Home Office's online service.

8.5

If we approve it, your profile shows a "Right to work checked" badge. If we can't, we'll tell you why. If you change your name, the badge comes off until we've checked it again.

8.6

Companies only see whether you have the badge. They never see your documents, share code or date of birth.

8.7

The badge shows we checked once. It isn't a guarantee, and we don't check again unless we ask you to.

8.8

We may ask you to complete a check at any time, including before you can be booked.

8.9

If your permission to work has an end date, changes or ends, tell us straight away.

8.10

If you lose the right to work, stop taking jobs.

8.11

Using false documents is a crime. We'll close your account and may report it to the Home Office.

8.12

Our privacy notice explains how long we keep check records.

9 Finding work

Direct requests

9.1

A company can send you a request for a set day, or for several days in a row (up to 14).

9.2

The rate is your own day rate from your profile, fixed when the request is sent. Changing your rate later doesn't change requests already sent.

9.3

Accept or decline in Jobs. Declining never counts against you.

9.4

Answer within 12 hours of the request being sent, or by 24 hours before the start if that's sooner. You always have at least 2 hours, unless the job starts sooner. A request never lasts past the job's start time.

9.5

If you have more than 2 hours to answer, we'll remind you 2 hours before the request expires. Once a request expires, you can't accept it. We'll tell you both.

9.6

When you accept, the job is agreed for every day, on the terms shown.

Job posts

9.7

Companies can post jobs. You can see open jobs and apply.

9.8

On a job post, the company sets the day rate. By applying, you agree to work for that rate.

9.9

A post of several days is for every day. You can't apply if you already have an agreed job on one of its days, or once the job has started.

9.10

Applying is a firm offer. If the company picks you, you're booked straight away. There's no second step. The one exception is a late hire: if the company picks you less than 24 hours before the start, you get an offer to confirm instead. Answer it by the time shown, as you would a request (item 4). If you don't, it expires and the place goes back to the company.

9.11

If you can no longer do that day, withdraw your application while you're still waiting to hear back. The company isn't told. You can apply again while the post is open.

9.12

Only apply for jobs you're able and qualified to do.

9.13

We'll tell you if you're picked, or if the post closes.

General

9.14

You can only have one agreed job per day. Once you have one, any other requests waiting for you on any of its days are closed, and your applications for posts on those days are withdrawn. We tell the companies whose requests are closed that you're booked elsewhere, and we tell you about any applications we withdraw.

9.15

If a company doesn't give a start time, Subber uses 8am to work out answer-by and cancellation times. Check the real start time with the company.

What you'll see before you accept

9.16

Before you accept a request or apply for a job, you'll see:

  • the company's name
  • the dates and start time
  • the role, any licence needed and any skills the company has asked for
  • the area, and the company's description of the job
  • the day rate
  • how long the day is expected to last
  • any known health and safety risks, and how the company manages them
  • any extras the company will pay on top of the day rate, such as travel, nights away and where you'll stay, and any other expenses and who pays them
  • when the company will pay you ("Pays within": on the day, or within 7, 14 or 30 days), and how
  • any experience, training or qualifications needed
9.17

These details come from the company. If anything is missing or unclear, use Contact Subber before you accept. We'll ask the company.

Own crew and new posts

9.18

If you're in a company's own crew (section 6), that company can book you in straight away, as a direct booking or onto one of its job posts. You don't need to accept. The job is agreed at once, and we tell you in the app and by text.

9.19

After that, it's the same as any agreed job. You see the addresses and the company's mobile number (section 10), and you can pull out under the usual rules (section 12).

9.20

A crew account only sees its own company's job posts, job alerts and requests.

9.21

When a company posts a job, its own crew (unless they've turned job alerts off) and its favourites hear about it first, straight away. Other workers can see it and apply 2 hours later, and those nearby who could do it get an alert then. There's no head start for a job that starts the same day, or for a repost.

Jobs on your free days

9.22

We suggest you to companies for open posts you could do: one of your roles, your licence covers it, it's within the distance you'll travel, its nights away suit your overnight preference, and you're free on every day. Each post shows the company up to 8 people, its favourites first, then people who've worked for it, then those whose day rate the post covers, then by rating, attendance and distance.

9.23

We don't suggest you while you're paused, or to a company where either of you has blocked the other. If you're in a company's own crew, it books you in instead (item 18).

9.24

A company can ask you to apply. We tell you in the app and by text. It isn't a request or a booking. If you want the job, apply in Jobs at the post's rate (item 8).

9.25

Your Home shows open jobs on your free days over the next 3 weeks. We also send you one message a day at most, in the app, about up to 3 of them that you haven't heard about and that pay at least your day rate. To stop it, turn off job alerts in Account settings.

10 Addresses and phone numbers

10.1

Before a job is agreed, you see the area or location, the date and any notes. You don't see the full address.

10.2

Once a job is agreed, you see:

  • the full postcode
  • the pick-up address and any drop-off address
  • who to ask for on site
  • the company's mobile number
10.3

The company sees your mobile number at the same point.

10.4

Numbers are never shown in search, applications, pending or declined requests, or cancelled bookings.

10.5

Addresses are usually the homes of the company's customers. Use them, and any on-site contact's details, only for that job.

10.6

Don't share or post them. Delete any copies you make once the job is done.

10.7

If you tap "Open in Maps", the address is sent to Google Maps.

10.8

If the company whose crew you're in books you in (section 9), the job is agreed straight away. You and the company see these details and each other's mobile numbers from then.

11 Your pay

11.1

The company pays you directly. At the moment, Subber doesn't handle, hold or pass on your pay.

11.2

Your pay is the agreed day rate for each day: your own rate on direct requests, or the posted rate on job posts.

11.3

If the request or job post lists extras, such as travel, nights away or other costs, the company pays you those too. Subber takes nothing from your pay or your extras.

11.4

If you've set a night-out rate, a company that books you directly for a job with nights away pays you that for each night.

11.5

Each request and job post says when the company will pay you: on the day, or within 7, 14 or 30 days. Agree with the company before the job how you'll be paid. Agree any other expenses too, such as fuel, parking or tolls.

11.6

If the day runs longer than expected, agree any extra pay with the company.

11.7

If the company needs an invoice from you, you send it yourself.

11.8

If you haven't been paid, use Report a problem on the booking and choose "Payment". We'll look into it and tell you what we've done.

11.9

Not paying workers breaks our terms for companies. We may close a company's account for it.

11.10

We can't make a company pay you, and we're not responsible for money a company owes you.

12 Cancelling

12.1

Before you accept a request, just decline it. That isn't a cancellation.

12.2

Once a job is agreed, you can cancel it in the app up to its start time. Give a short reason. The company sees it straight away.

12.3

Cancelling is free until 12 hours before the start, or until midnight the night before if that's earlier. For example, an 8am start is free to cancel until 8pm the night before. A 3pm start is free until midnight the night before. After that, it's a late cancellation.

12.4

Once the start time has passed (the first day's, on a job of several days), you can't cancel. Use Report a problem on the booking instead.

12.5

The company can also cancel an agreed job up to its start time, with a reason. We'll tell you straight away.

12.6

If the company cancels late, it owes you part of the agreed day rate: 30% if the day rate is up to £120, 40% if it's £121 to £180, or 50% if it's over £180. On a job of more than one day, it owes you 25% of the day rate for every day booked. The amount shows on the booking and in our message to you. The company pays you directly. Subber records it but doesn't collect or pay it.

Your cancellation rate

12.7

Your profile shows how many agreed jobs you've cancelled, for example "1 of 5 agreed jobs, 20%".

12.8

Only jobs you cancel count as your cancellations. Declined or expired requests don't count. Nor do jobs the company cancels, or jobs we settle as "called off".

12.9

If you cancel late, there's nothing to pay. We record it as a late cancellation and tell the company it was late. Like any job you cancel, it counts towards your cancellation rate.

12.10

If the company whose crew you're in books you in (section 9), there's no request to decline. If you can't do the job, cancel it like any agreed job. The rules above apply.

12.11

If you were booked in without being asked (picked from a job post, or booked in by the company whose crew you're in), you can pull out within 2 hours of being booked. That isn't a late cancellation, and it doesn't count towards your cancellation rate. Still give a reason.

13 Turning up

13.1

Turn up on time, at the right address, ready and fit to work.

13.2

If you're running late, call the company.

13.3

Once the start time has passed, the company can mark the job "Didn't turn up". On a job of several days, that's for not turning up at all. We'll tell you.

13.4

If that's wrong, use Report a problem on the booking.

13.5

We'll look at what you both tell us. We'll settle the job as completed, didn't turn up, called off or, on a job of several days, worked for some of the days, and tell you both.

13.6

Your profile shows your attendance, for example "Turned up for 9 of 10 jobs".

14 After the job

14.1

The company marks the job complete on or after the job's last day.

14.2

If it doesn't, the job completes automatically 3 days after its last day. This doesn't happen while a problem report on the job is still open.

14.3

Once a job is complete, you each have 14 days to leave a review.

15 Problems and disputes

15.1

Use Report a problem on a booking that's agreed, completed or marked "Didn't turn up". You can report:

  • didn't turn up
  • late
  • damage
  • payment
  • conduct
  • job called off
  • something else
15.2

Tell us what happened in at least a sentence.

15.3

We'll look into it and tell you what we've done. We may change the outcome of the booking.

15.4

Our decisions only affect records on Subber. They don't decide legal claims between you and the company.

15.5

In an emergency, call 999. Report any accident on site to the company straight away.

15.6

For anything else, use Contact Subber.

16 Safety and conduct on the job

16.1

Follow the company's reasonable health and safety instructions, and any site rules.

16.2

Only lift, carry or drive what you can do safely. Use the equipment provided.

16.3

Tell the company if something isn't safe. You don't have to do work you reasonably believe is unsafe.

16.4

Never work under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

16.5

Drivers must:

  • hold the right licence for the vehicle
  • follow drivers' hours and tachograph rules where they apply
  • report any vehicle defect to the company before driving
16.6

Treat the company's customers, their homes and their belongings with care and respect.

16.7

Never harass, abuse or discriminate against anyone.

16.8

If you damage something, tell the company straight away.

17 Insurance

17.1

Subber doesn't provide insurance for you, the company or the job.

17.2

Before you start, ask the company what its insurance covers you for. That includes liability, goods in transit and vehicles.

17.3

Never drive a vehicle unless you're insured to drive it.

17.4

You may want your own public liability insurance.

17.5

Who pays for damage or injury on a job is between you, the company and its insurers.

18 Reviews

18.1

After a completed job, you and the company can review each other. You each have 14 days from when the job is completed. A review is 1 to 5 stars, with an optional comment of up to 600 characters.

18.2

When you review a company, you can also say whether it paid you on time. It's optional, so leave it if you haven't been paid yet. Company pages show how many workers said yes, for example "Paid on time for 18 of 19 jobs".

18.3

You get one review each per job. You can't edit or delete a review once it's posted.

18.4

Reviews stay hidden until you've both reviewed, or the 14 days are up. That way, neither of you sees the other's review before writing your own. Until then, a review doesn't show or count towards ratings. If the company reviews you first, we'll tell you, but not what it says.

18.5

Your reviews of companies show your first name and initial, such as "Danny R." Reviews of you show the company's name.

Review rules

18.6

Reviews must be honest and about the job. Don't:

  • write fake reviews, or review yourself
  • offer, ask for or accept anything in return for a review
  • post abuse, threats or discrimination
  • include phone numbers, addresses or other personal details
18.7

If a review about you is untrue, abusive or shares personal details, report it from the review. Only the person or company a review is about can report it.

18.8

We'll decide whether to keep or remove it, and tell you.

18.9

We may also remove any review that breaks these rules. If we remove one you wrote, we'll tell you.

18.10

Removed reviews stop showing and stop counting towards ratings. We keep a record of them.

18.11

Our review policy has the full rules: subber.co.uk/legal/review-policy.

20 Messages from us

20.1

We'll tell you about requests, bookings and your account in the app. Check it often, because requests expire.

20.2

We also text you about things that can't wait: a new request or late-hire offer, being picked or booked in, a cancellation, the reminder the day before a job, and a request that's about to expire. Most other news about your bookings and account comes by email. If we can't text you, we email you instead. These messages are part of the service, so you can't turn them off while you have an account.

20.3

Job alerts tell you in the app about new jobs you could do: one of your roles, covered by your licence, within the distance you'll travel, on a day you're free. They're on unless you turn them off in Account settings. We don't alert you to jobs with nights away that don't suit your overnight preference: any nights away if you only do day jobs, or a night in the cab if you need somewhere to stay.

20.4

We only text you job alerts if you turn on "Text me as well" in Account settings.

20.5

If a company has added you to its favourites, we'll tell you in the app when it posts a new job, even if job alerts are off.

20.6

We'll remind you about an agreed job at 6pm the day before.

20.7

We'll only send you marketing if you've said yes. You can stop it at any time.

21 If we suspend or close your account

21.1

We may suspend your account while we look into a serious problem, such as:

  • false information, documents or certificates
  • no right to work, or driving without the right licence
  • violence, threats, theft, harassment or discrimination
  • a serious safety risk
  • misusing other people's personal details
  • a serious breach of these terms, or a repeated breach after a warning
21.2

We'll email you to say your account is suspended. Contact us and we'll tell you why, unless the law stops us. You can give your side.

21.3

We may close your account for any of these reasons.

21.4

For any other reason, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before closing your account.

21.5

While your account is suspended, you're signed out and can't sign in. Companies can't find you, see your profile or book you. Your agreed jobs aren't cancelled automatically. If we suspend or close your account, we may call them off, and we'll tell you and the companies involved.

21.6

We may hide your profile while something on it is put right, such as a phone number in your bio. We'll tell you why. While it's hidden, companies can't find or book you, and you can't apply for jobs. You can still sign in, and agreed jobs go ahead.

21.7

We'll never penalise you for leaving Subber or for working elsewhere.

22 Closing your account yourself

22.1

You can close your account at any time in Account settings. You don't need to give notice, and it's free.

22.2

You can't close it while you have an agreed job coming up. Do the job first, or cancel it if there's still time (see section 12).

22.3

When you close your account:

  • requests waiting for you are declined, and your applications are closed
  • your profile is removed from Subber
  • your photo, certificates, contact details, right-to-work document, share code and date of birth, and any pause reason and note are deleted
  • you can no longer sign in
22.4

Your past bookings stay on companies' records. Your reviews of companies stay on their pages. Both show you as "Former member".

22.5

We keep the records the law says we must, such as employment agency records and the result of your right to work check (not your document or share code). Our privacy notice says what we keep and for how long.

23 Our responsibility to you

23.1

We'll run Subber with reasonable care and skill.

23.2

Subber may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. We can't promise it will always work.

23.3

We're not responsible for:

  • what companies do or don't do, including paying you
  • the accuracy of job details that companies give us
  • lost earnings if a job is cancelled, called off or doesn't happen
  • injury, loss or damage on a job caused by someone else
  • losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen
23.4

Subber is free for you, so we don't accept liability for any loss you suffer from using Subber, including loss caused by our negligence. The only exception is where the law doesn't let us exclude it.

23.5

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nor does it exclude or limit anything else the law doesn't let us exclude or limit.

23.6

You're responsible for losses you cause us by breaking these terms, such as by giving false documents.

24 Your personal information

24.1

Our privacy notice explains how we use your information: subber.co.uk/legal/privacy.

24.2

We share your profile with companies on Subber to find you work.

24.3

We use service providers to run Subber, such as our hosting, email and text providers. They only use your information for us.

24.4

If we learn you may not be suitable for work we've introduced you to, the law says we must tell the company. This applies for 3 months after the introduction.

24.5

Otherwise, we don't share your information unless you agree, or the law requires or allows it.

24.6

We never sell your details.

25 Changes to these terms

25.1

We may update these terms, for example for a change in the law or a new feature.

25.2

We'll tell you at least 30 days before a change, and show you what's changing.

25.3

Before a change applies to you, we'll ask you to agree to it.

25.4

If you don't agree, you can close your account at any time, free.

25.5

No change will ever add a fee for workers.

25.6

You can read the current terms at any time at subber.co.uk/legal/worker-terms. Ask us and we'll email you a copy.

26 Complaints

26.1

If you're unhappy with Subber, use Contact Subber or email hello@subber.co.uk.

26.2

We'll acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days. We aim to reply in full within 28 days.

26.3

For complaints about your personal information, see our privacy notice. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

26.4

If you think we've broken the rules for employment agencies, you can complain to the Fair Work Agency through GOV.UK.

27 General

27.1

These terms and our review policy are the whole agreement between you and us. Our privacy notice explains how we use your information.

27.2

If a court decides part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

27.3

We may transfer these terms to a business that takes over Subber. We'll tell you, and you can close your account if you're not happy.

27.4

You can't transfer your account or these terms to anyone else.

27.5

If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.

27.6

Only you and we can enforce these terms.

27.7

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute goes to the courts of England and Wales.
